You are required to complete a medical questionnaire honestly and accurately. Providing false or misleading information may result in treatment that is unsafe and will be considered a breach of these terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and may be refused or revoked at any time on clinical grounds. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following assessment.
Payment is required in full at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for a prescription consultation that results in a refusal to prescribe. Where payment has been taken prior to a clinical decision not to prescribe, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.
Approved orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked delivery services to ensure your medication arrives safely and securely.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery information provided by you, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the details on our website.
Due to the nature of prescription medication, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed medicines unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. This is in accordance with medicines regulations and for patient safety reasons.
Subscription or ongoing treatment plans may be cancelled at any time with reasonable notice. Charges already processed for a current treatment period will not be refunded.
